Returns

The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days for the return of the good in exercise of his right of withdrawal, counted from the receipt of the purchased good. Art.71 Law 3/2014 of March 27.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
PequesyBebes will only be responsible for the costs arising from the return if it is for reasons attributable to the employer.
Where the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, PequesyBebes shall be obliged to refund the sums he has paid, without undue delay and, in any case, before the period of 14 calendar days has elapsed, counted from the date on which he has been informed by the buyer of his decision to withdraw.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify PequesyBebes of his decision to withdraw from the purchase through an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by post).
If you use this option, we will notify you without delay of receiving such withdrawal by email. The refund of the quantities may be withholded until the goods have been received or until the buyer submits proof of the return, depending on which condition is met first.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

In case of defective products, PequesyBebes must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or resolve the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer /user.
PequesyBebes is responsible for any non-conformity that manifests within 2 years from the date of delivery. The consumer/user must inform PequesyBebes of the non-conformity within 2 months of being aware of it. These guarantees shall apply taking into account the nature of the goods placed on the website.
Products are understood to be contract compliant provided that they meet all of the requirements listed below:

1. They conform to the descriptions made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
2. They are suitable for the uses to which the products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
3. They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can rightly expect, taking into account the nature of the product. Article 116 Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).

RISK TRANSMISSION

When PequesyBebes sends the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or deterioration is transmitted to the consumer when he or a third party on his behalf, other than the carrier, takes care of the purchased products. Article 66.3 of Law 3/2014 of March 27.
